Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We do our best to accurately estimate when your items will be delivered. Estimated delivery dates are generally a range of dates based on several factors, including: 

•    Your destination address
•    How quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment
•    The shipping speed you select at Checkout
•    Your shipping preference (example: ship items together or ship when each item becomes available)

Fesal.com uses UPS for national and International Shipments

We use UPS for our Shipments and here is the list of services that it is possible to use.

Fesal.com is integrated with the UPS system and automatically calculates the shipping fees, depending
on weight and dimensions, and on the base of the country you selected during the checkout, assuring you 
that the shipping fees presented are the best possible, and all correctly calculated.

How do you calculate the estimated delivery date range?


On the day you place your order, we consider two factors in calculating the estimated delivery date range:

•    Product Availability: The length of time it takes to prepare your item for shipping. This date range is listed on the right side of the main image on the item’s detail page. If an item is listed as “In Stock”, it will be ready for shipment within 1-2 days.

•    Shipping Speed: The shipping method you selected in Checkout.  Most items have three choices for shipping speed -- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days), Two-Day Shipping, and One-Day Shipping (fastest).

We combine these factors using the equation below to estimate your delivery date range:

If you order an item that shows availability as “In Stock” and select “Standard Shipping” (which typically takes 3-5 business days), your item should arrive within 5-8 business days from the day you place your order and the estimated delivery date range at checkout will show this date range.


How can I get my order faster?

Some items can't be expedited due to size, weight, or vendor constraints. There are a few ways to expedite the delivery of your order:

•    On the final page of Checkout, select the option stating “I want my items faster. Ship items as they become available.”
•    On the final page of Checkout, select the “Two-Day Shipping” or “One-Day Shipping” option.

Note that these changes may increase the shipping charge on your order and may not be available based on the items in your cart.

Only one shipping option can be selected per order. For example, if you have two items in your cart and would like one item to ship at a faster speed such as 1-day or 2-day shipping while the other item ships with Standard Shipping (3-5 days), please place a separate order for each item.
All of the order that we dispatch, will be signaled to you, via e.mail and you will also find, into your personal area, the order with the correct UPS Tracking number and a link to click to follow the order, that could also be tracked directly on ups.com 

Shipping and Handling Charges

At Fesal.com, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • Your shipping preferences

You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Place Order" page in Checkout before you submit your order.  After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

Shipping Options

If your order contains more than one item, you can opt to save money or time via your Shipping Options. During your online Checkout on the final Review and Purchase page:

 

  • Group my items into as few shipments as possible to save money on shipping costs.  We'll consolidate your items and mail them as soon as they're available.
  • Or, choose I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available to save time.  You'll be charged for each separate shipment.

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

It’s no problem to ship your order to more than one address.  A separate order will be created for each shipping address you specify, and a per-shipment fee will be charges for each item.

Here’s how:
During your online Checkout, make sure that you have entered all of the addresses you wish to ship to.  If they’re not already displayed in your address list, just click “Enter a New Address.” 

When you have entered all of the addresses into your list, click “Ship to Multiple Addresses.”  

Then, choose an address for each item in your order.  You can even choose a different shipping method for each address you’d like.  On the final page of the order form, please take a moment to review the details and, if everything is correct click “Place Your Order.”  

You’ll receive an e-mail acknowledgement of your purchase right away.  When the items are shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirmation for each shipment as well.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll send an e-mail notifying you of the return and issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place another order at Fesal.com with a new shipping address.

If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please Contact Us.


Why Was My Package Undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:

• Incorrect or Out-of-date Address 
• P.O. Box Format: When entering a post office box as a shipping address, please be sure to enter it as “PO BOX” followed by the number. Otherwise, it may mistakenly be sent through a carrier that won’t deliver to those addresses. 
• Other Address Problems: Some organizations have strict delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary. 
• Illegible Label: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than € 400 of merchandise may require a signature. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door or the package will be returned to us (and your account will be credited).

Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to re-order and let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
